Most Interesting Thing: the skinny hallway [stairs] down to the kitchen
The servants used their elbows against the walls to balance when they were
carrying things up or down.
The Saddest Thing: the killed polar bear rug
They had THREE Christmas trees. One was for the grownups to show off when visitors came. Upstairs was a tree for the kids and they decorated it with things they made. The last tree was small, for the servants. It was decorated with candy and cookies.
**Every girl should go see the HATS because they were so beautiful. Some of them had peacock feathers. One of them had butterflies and flowers. And one was white with zebra stripes on a bow.**
